Wild West Walking Tours Returning in June!
Reopening
As cities and counties across Colorado attempt to lift restrictions on outdoor activities, Golden History Tours will begin offering Wild West Walking Tours in June with limited capacity and a few conditions in place.
Wild West Brewery Crawls
Unfortunately there is still too much uncertainty to open these tours at the moment. The Wild West Brewery Crawls are on hold until breweries can open with enough capacity to safely handle a tour. We are expecting these to sell out once restrictions are lifted, but you can still reserve a spot for future tours today.
Wild West Walking Tours
The walking tours will open in June and will be capped at 6 participants. Each person will receive a custom bandana to wear as a face covering, though you may bring your own if you like. We know not everyone feels the same way about these rules, but in accordance with city and county guidelines and for the safety of the others living in and visiting Golden we’ll require that everyone wear some form of face covering while on the tour.
Tours will still run about 2 hours, but we may not be able to enter some of the buildings that we normally do, however many of the artifacts can still be viewed from the outside. Regardless, we will still tell fantastic stories of the wild west, test your minds with some trivia, and explore the history of Colorado’s first capital together.
Booking is open, so make your reservations now before spaces run out!
