Here at Golden History Tours we’re sharpening our pick-axes and greasing our ore carts!

Golden has one of the richest histories of all the boom towns that sprang up from the 1858 gold rush, and that history is plastered all over town, sometimes quite literally! We’ve been researching and preparing to start offering walking tours of Golden, so we can share this history in true story teller fashion.

The final pieces are coming together and we should have basic history tours beginning in mid August. If all goes well, there should be more types of tours to choose from soon to follow.
